Lauren Bloomfield Peltharre, (the sister of talented artist Eileen Bloomfield Peltharre), lives in Ltyentye Apurte, also known as Santa Teresa, is a community in the Northern Territory, Australia located about 80 kilometres south-east of Alice Springs (Mparntwe).
She is from the Eastern Arrernte language group, also known as Aranda. Their dialect is one of the most widely spoken in Australia.
