In this rather striking, symbolic and vibrant work Linda celebrates the Olympics.

Set against The Southern Cross night sky, Ancestral Emu and Kangaroo Men (creators of the great salt lake, Lake Mackay in the Northern Territory) symbolised by the stick figures at the top of the painting unite with Olympic athletes (denoted by the four purple animated figures) who represent such fields as track, javelin, weight-lifting and basket ball to create an atmosphere of national spirit, racial harmony and sexual equality.
