The Jukurrpa (Dreaming) depicted in this wonderful limited edition collagraph by renowned artist, Judy Watson Napangardi, tells of the journey of a group of women of all ages who travelled to the east gathering food, collecting Ngalyipi Tinospora smilacina (Snake Vine), performing ceremonies as they travelled.

The Ngalyipi vine, which grows up the trunks and limbs of the Kurrkara (Desert Oak, Allocasuarina decaisneanatreesis a vine sacred to Napangardi and Napananka women and has many uses, including as a ceremonial wrap, as a strap to carry Parrajas (wooden bowls) laden with bush tucker and as a tourniquet for headaches. The site is Mina Mina, an important women's ceremonial site.

It is a small edition of 45, the size is 48x96cm in a beautiful light frame.
