"Karntakurlangu Jukurrpa 2 (Women’s Dreaming 2)" Etching by Dorothy Napangardi is a remarkable limited edition etching created as part of a unique collaboration with Crown Point Press (CPP). This stunning artwork, highlighting Napangardi's extraordinary skill, was produced with CPP’s senior printmaker, Dena Schuckit, who traveled from San Francisco to Australia to work directly with Napangardi. The collaboration was initiated by artist Belinda Fox, following Napangardi’s prestigious win at the 2001 Telstra National Aboriginal Art Award. Recognizing Napangardi's exceptional talent, Fox and Schuckit played a key role in bringing this significant project to life. Accompanied by Roslyn Premont and Lotte Waters of Gallery Gondwana, Napangardi finalized the project in San Francisco.

"Karntakurlangu," translating to "Belonging to Women" in the Warlpiri language, is an integral Women’s Dreaming story that holds profound cultural meaning. The etching depicts the sacred Mina Mina site, a place of immense importance for Warlpiri women, located near the border of the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Featuring a vast claypan surrounded by desert oak trees, this site plays a key role in Dreaming, where Napangardi and Napanangka women performed rituals to bring the land into being, passing down knowledge through generations.

Produced in 2004, this limited edition etching (Catalogue No: DN-12) features color soap ground and sugar lift aquatints, with an image size of 46 x 59 cm and paper size of 79 x 63cm, printed on Somerset Satin White paper. The edition of 50 pieces was expertly produced and printed by Crown Point Press, making it a highly desirable collectible
