Minyma Tingarri by Marlene Young is a story about young women who are travelling around the country near Tjukurla with the older ladies. They are learning many things about where and how to collect special grasses and flowers and other types of bush tucker. They then learn to prepare Kalinkalinpa (yellow flowers) and make flour and damper. They carry everything in their Wirra (wooden bowls). The sandhills and rockholes where the women collected water are also depicted in this complex Western Desert painting. Marlene's style is unique and she is one of the few artists who can make a painting 'move'.
