This painting represents the Winparrku/Yumari  area where Mitjili was born and grew up. Mitjili’s story about this painting also includes a site called Kunamara which is the soakage where her father was speared.

Yumari and Wirnparrku areas, are where people are hunting for lots of different bush foods - bush tomatoes and wild turkey. People are gathering their babies and running high up the cliff edges and protecting themselves.
