This artwork tells the story of Ulay Kutitja (2 boys who travel with 7 sisters). The two boys travelled the Milky Way with the seven sisters and formed Uluru and Kata Tjuta by piling up mud.
The red ochre is known as ‘karrku’ - ceremonial ochre collected by Vincent’s aunties, the custodians of Kata Tjuta.
